Need help choosing motherboard

Ok, So I am getting a i5 4670 non K, because I do not want to overclock and I need a good motherboard that has the following: usb 3 headers, ATX(I just don't care for micro ATX), and I need it to be able to have a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo( I just want some better cooling) with dual channel G skill ram without it being in the way.  Here is the two that I found so far and that I think will work but am not sure, so I need your opinions and if you have something better that would be great.

if you not overclock Asus z87 is good
