Upgrade pc for gaming

So Basically i have a pc with gigabyte ga-h61-ds2 with intel i5 2310 core in it, 4gb ddr3 ram, ati radeon hd5450 2gb gpu, 230V SMPS.

 

What i want : 

a gaming pc with a good graphic card, 200 fps in counter strike on high settings.

 

What i have : 

18000RS INR = 250$

 

What i prefer : i prefer not to change my mobo and cpu.

 

Questions :

1. Can i add a 8gb ddr3 ram to my mobo, will it support 1x 8gb and 1x 4gb at a time ? or both need to be same ?

 

2. which graphic card do i have to buy (budget), power supply to it will be through smps or pcie ?

 

3. should i upgrade my smps ?

 

4. What else should i change ?

 

(Would prefer lowest price possible, taking into consideration i might start playing watchdogs 2 soon.)

1)Buy a 4gb stick of ram

2)what is the wattage of you psu and does it have a 6 pin connector for the gpu on it?

2.5) if it doesn't your best bet is a 1050ti.

4gb + 8gb will be better wont it ? doesnt it work ?

1060 is way too expensive, what about 760 ti ?

More than 8gb is useless for gaming. System memory not vram.

1050 Ti? The 760 Ti is power hungry.

No the Ti runs off the board.

Yep as long as it has PCIE. And make sure you have room in your case.
