Has anyone else had problems with Malwarebytes 3,0

My Windows 10 PC was starting up super slow just today for no apparent reason. The only thing that I recently installed was going from Malwarebytes 2.0 to 3.0. Anyway I was barely able to get to the uninstaller before my system crashes. Finally got it uninstalled and restarted and now everything runs like it was before. No idea what was up with that but it was playing up the entire time it was working anyway.
