What PSU I need ?!

I want to know what I do to know the power of the power supply I need for these settings

ASROCK Z77 Pro4-M

INTEL CORE i5 3570K

ASUS EAH5770 1GB

2x Kingston KVR1333Mhz (8gb)

Does a power 500w is enough?

I presume you will be upgrading your HD5770 sometime soon? A 400w would be fine if you aren't, but you may want a higher-capacity unit if you do.

I highly,highly doubt that it would get close to 390 watts.

5770 has a max power consumption of 112 watts.

the 3570K-77 watts

and everything else should have a max of 50 watts,in most cases significantly less.

thats 239 watts.

so I'm not sure how you got 390 watts

yeah get something like a Corsair CX500m or some other good 500 watt PSU

You can't overclock your CPU. That CPU is not unlocked and B75 mobos do not allow overclocking.

500W is more than enough. I got an Antec Neo ECO 520W which is manufactured by Seasonic for less than $50! And it is enough for my overclocked i7 2700K and overclocked MSI 660Ti

I would go for a Corsair CX500 or a Corsair CX500M if you want a modular power supply.
