Adding Macros to keys(not keyboard)

Hello

I made a mod to connect/disconnect power to some of my hard drives for taking backups in case of a power supply problem,ransomware,...

Then I chose every file that I want to be synced on my hard drives using FreeFileSync. I want to add a secondary button on the case which runs a macro to lunch the batch which syncs both hard drives.Is it possible to add macros to such a key?
