Hello everyone, I just finished building my first pc and when I went to install windows I have just been getting an error when trying to install it on my hdd. I have a msi h1110m gaming motherboard and a 1tb wb hdd. The error that keeps apprearing is "We couldn't install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive. Here's more info about what happened 0x80300002 I have tried cleaning my drive before installing and using a different usb and nothing has worked. Any help I would appreciate a lot thank you for reading!

Do you have multiple drives or partitions?

The USB if that's where your Windows installation media is. Have you looked up the error code and see what they mean?

Yea its an error with windows 10 transferring data to my hdd. When I try to set up the partition with the command prompt I got errors saying there were issues with the I/O device.

Yes. Select the USB manually from the BIOS. Then try booting up and see if it boots from the USB.
