Issues loading OS

I've had this build for about 2/3 months and all was fine. Left everything as out of the box except for some MoBo storage settings for my m.2 card.

About 2 weeks ago I've started having some random freezes, just by opening any program, then inability to detect SSDs (switching ports fixed it), unable to load OS and once even data loss. I sometimes manage to load OS then I can't open or close (even task manager stops responding).
I've clean reinstalled Win10 twice already and now it's the 3rd time I'm having these issues.
Before, just unplugging my SSDs and leaving my m.2 (where my OS is) it would solve the OS loading issue, now not even that works.
Also my keyboard started typing random letters every time I pressed P, using my down arrow would open settings in chrome and ç (QWERTY ITA) would Caps Lock.

I'm having a hard time understanding it's software or hardware problem.
Anyone have any clue?
