q-code 66

I'm having a issue with my current build and im not sure on how to fix it.
Current build:  
asus crosshair v formula z
amd phenom ii x4 945
g.skill ripjaws x 1866 (2x4)
amd radeon xfx hd 7770
ultra 750w atx psu

i keep getting blue screened in-game and the first thing that pops up on my mb is q-code 66.  i have my ram turned down 1333 (frequency that my cpu can use), and ive double and tripple checked all my connections.  ive done everything i can think of and nothing has changed the error issue.
the only game ive run into this issue with is ffxiv.  i tested on far cry 3 and war thunder and this error has not come up.
any ideas out there?

Make sure each of the memory sticks is firmly seated. The issue is somewhat Memory related

test both of your ram sticks

ive taken out and reinstalled a couple times.  making sure to hear it click into place on both top and bottom.
would clearing cmos help out maybe?

seems like i may have fixed my issue
probably a mix of really making sure the ram was pushed in all the way and alot of messing with my bios,
