Had a look at the bottom one on amazon and it had majority bad reviews.

I wouldn't trust consumer reviews. What did the reviews say? Most people who have a good experience don't write a review, so you end up only getting the bad.

Some backlight bleed huh. That's a problem in most if not all IPS though, better or worse mitigated depending on the monitor. If you care about not getting backlight bleed, get the Dell.
