I bought a new ssd and now I just want to transfer my windows from my hdd to my ssd can someone help me?

 

In a second matter I can't accès to the windows Button: start menu... plz help  and the task manager don't open

Do yourself a favor and perform a fresh installation of windows.

Fresh installs are always better. Backup photos and other data you need from the HDD to the cloud or a USB, and wipe it. Then install windows on the SSD and move the files.
