What is the general consensus on the Moto Z phone? I'm getting a sweet deal from my provider and may make the jump from my Oneplus One. I know there is no headphone jack but that doesn't overly bother me.

 

Opinions?

Does is have all the options you'd want in a smartphone, such as decent software support for what you'd be doing?

Its hard to go wrong with phones nowadays as the flagships are all identical in terms of specs, it's only aesthetics, screens & cameras which are different now and the Z has what you'd expect I guess.
