I found something very interesting while overclocking my memory on the rx480 strix.

I found out that i could easily get 2250mhz memory but i could only run that if the game was loaded because during loading the card would be at low frequency on the core and on memory but would spike the memory to 2250mhz for a sec and that would make the card crash, probably because the timings of that frequency on the core are too tight for such high memory speed with sad for me as it limits my max memory speed.i know this because i had firestrike running for 15min (multiple runs) and it wouldn't crash because it would keep a high core frequency.

To solve this i would like to set the max frequency for each gpu state just like on the core, or at least have to states.
