Need help Blackscreen

I'm not sure if my psu is bad its a coolmax 1000wattzu series or if my HDD is going bad here's a link to my pc messing up. 

 

 

It's a brand new build with drivers the only thing I didn't change was my psu and HDD 

 

Msi z170 Sli

i5 6600k

Avexir core series DDR4 2x4 2400mhz
Xfx Rx480rs 8gb
