Special case request

My dad is looking to upgrade his computer, he needs a windowed ATX case for under $50. I know its a tight budget but it does not have to be that amazing of a case but it has to have nice cable routing..

No crazy thermaltake one or something like that.

 

Also, would a 450w psu be ok for a 8150 with a 6870, 1 SSD and 3 HDDs?

no I would be wanting to go for a 750w+ for two cards

Where is the second card? And that psu should be fine, just make sure it's at least 80 plus bronze.

NZXT Source 210 Windowed for the case if don't mind having no USB 3.0. Also yes the PSU is fine.
