Asus Z170-E for overclocking?

So I'm thinking of buying a i5 6600k and overclock it but is this board ok as a budget board for overclocking?

I don't wanna do some super heavy overclocking

It's alright. It isn't as good as higher-end Asus boards like the Z170-A, but it should be more than enough to reach a substantial overclock.

Alright I should be able to get over 4ghz atleast"

You can do that with pretty much all Z170 motherboards. You don't really need a good motherboard to get good results with Skylake. As long as it's not like some cheap Chinese crap.
