I have a 2x2 fan slot at the top of my case and I kind of assumed that since 1 side could fit a 280mm radiator I thought the other side could too. However, 1 side fits 240mm and the other fits 280mm and now I'm stuck with a dilemma.

I am using 1 to cool my CPU and 1 to cool my GPU. To be able to use both can I Stack them (from top to bottom) Fan, Radiator 1, Fan, Radiator 2 with both fans as exhaust or Fan exhaust, Radiator 1, Radiator 2, Fan intake?

Are there any configurations that would work the best?

Can also do a combination of 3 pairs of fans and the 2 rads for a Fan, Rad, Fan, Rad, Fan configuration?

TL;DR - it depends on FPI, rad and fan orientation, and type of fans used. Here's a good read on the subject:

It's been tested before and they are all worst than having two seperate raditors with their own fans.
