Before you all rush to link me the forum post on a not posting pc that I've already seen, let me explain. I transferred my motherboard and cpu out of my case and into a new case, everything was working fine the day before.  I checked for shorts, and there was a screw under my mobo, which I removed and it still doesn't work.  The fans spin, the gpu lights up. I have repeated the cpu, gpu, and ram. I have tried booting with 1 stick of ram and no gpu. The thing is, when I turn on and see no video signal and go to hold the power button, it doesn't turn off immediately (which it would if it didn't post). Instead, it is taking a few seconds to turn off while holding the button, as it would if windows was booting up. Any ideas?

I can help with programming and hardware.
