help with ssd storage problem

help please. hard drive shows almost empty(ie bottom right of pic.) but under properties it shows barely full(ie bottom left) and i have no unallocated space for my local disk  just the system part and the main part (ie top part) if someone could help because i am noticing a slower boot up speed and some lagging while gaming. local disk is a ssd and storage drive is a hdd i built this computer early this year i wanna say around april so still new. thanks for the help guys you are always helpful ^^ the only help i find online keeps saying about the drive manager and i cant find anything here really so sorry if there is a post about this already. pc hidden folders are shown

Have you done a disk clean up lately? I would guess that this might be due to an overflowing recycle bin. Or you could try a defrag or what is now called optimize the drive.

You can use a free program like Wiztree to show you what is taking the space up.

recycle bin is empty and disk clean up only has 2 gigs of junk in it and most is temp files. and defrag only shows 28% is fragmented so tonight after work i shall defrag but that doesnt seem like a huge % to cause that big of a problem and avg only finds one malicious file on my computer and that is a steam game

ehhhhh how safe is that freeware. im very cautious what goes on this computer. i dont even go to sites i never been on until i make sure its safe with my laptop  this is my 900 buck baby haha

I have it installed on my own pc. Never had any issue with it.

ok i know this is old but how familiar are you with the disk clean up thing. when i have it scan and i click system scan i get a thing called system queued windows error reports 335gb to be emptied. my ssd is only 240gb and its not scanning my hdd cuz i never chose it as an option. but after i clean it out it drops my space back to normal  50 gigs used but after i restart i can a thing saying cleaning up windows and its right back in my disk clean up 335gb to be emptied. any ideas on that cuz im sure thats what is eating at my ssd memory btw its a samsung850 evo if that helps any. thanks in advance if you can or cant help ^-^
