Problem with my computer

Once in a long while, my computer screen will hang, the keyboard and mouse lightings will suddenly be gone and I will have to restart my computer by doing a long press at the power button. Can someone help me to fix this issue? Also, I cant access my msi krait gaming 3x bios after installing windows. However, I was able to access the bios after taking out my xfx rx 480 gtr black edition 8gb graphics card. Someone please help me.
