fps Arma 3 Fps drop?

Is there any way I'm able to fix my fps drops? I get 130+ fps in single player and in Koth 70+ but they drop from that to 3-4 fps for a second the go back up.

My rig:

i7 6700k 4.6GHz

970 Ftw

8GB 3000MHz ram

1&2tb hard drive 7200rpm

I'm planning on getting an SSD if that could help.

Have you looked in something like an MSI afterburner to see what your VRAM/RAM usage is like? I doubt it could be your processor, I have an i5 and don't have this issue with A3. Arma 3 is a bit of a memory hog, I've seen my RAM usage go past the 9GB mark many times during multiplayer KOTH.
