Wake On Lan Help

I have a MSI z97s SLI Krait Edition. I need to have Wake-On-Lane ability but I can not find it in the BIOS. Everytime I try to turn my tower on via Teamviewer I can't get the tower to come on. What am I doing wrong? WOL is turned on with my Realtek PCIe GBE FAMILY Adapter. I am running Win 10. I need to be able to access my tower from my mac laptop when I am on the go via teamviewer. I appreciate any help you give me. :)

 

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.
