It is most likely going to be RAM. Try running Memtest86 against it overnight and see if any errors show up. I had similar as well and game crashes too and it turned out to be RAM. Once I turned XMP off, issues went away.

Probably not a driver issue? Maybe try rolling back your gpu driver to 376.33, or at least that is what my 1080 is running atm. Did you lock your fps to your refresh rate, or enable g sync through nvidea control panel? Are you playing in full screen or windowed? Maybe your thermal paste is the problem? Your machine might think your gpu or cpu is overheating for a fraction of a second and stops the game. Maybe your memory isn't sitting well? I don't think it is your PSU or your actual CPU or GPU. You would be able to monitor temps and usage with msi afterburner to troubleshoot most of my questions.

I'm fairly sure your PC is pretty new, so there are only so many things not related to hardware. Did this start happening recently? Have you moved it recently, changed/added anything? Maybe there's significant dust build up somewhere, idk. I doubt you have issues with humidity like I do.

Or it could also be something with your ram like the other guy said. Maybe for some reason it could be related to enabling your cpu boost clock or xmp profile for your memory.

That's all I can really come up with.

Everything has worked out fine until just a few days ago.. my PC is only like a month old and i havent moved it nor have i changed any parts.. humidity isnt a thing here in sweden right now xD its free from dust. ill try the memory thing that the other guy recommended and see if it shows anything..

Yes, it will write the program to a USB stick, make sure its a stick with nothing else on it as it makes it a bootable device. Once you have it installed, just reboot your computer and it should boot right into it.

12h should be plenty. Did you overclock? Put it at stock and try to play again. When hard reset is required, it is usually a hardware problem/instability. Because you have new hardware, I would double check bioses also. Please update them if they are not up to date. (mobo, gpu, even ssd if you want)

it will show if there is any errors for your RAM. If they are, then the RAM is likely the cause, if it comes back clean, then you are good with the RAM.
