Streaming on Twitch through OBS

Hello there I'm trying to stream through OBS onto twitch I'm play h1z1 it's doesn't seem to be laggy or anything but once I get into the game I can't pick up guns or open any doors ??  Anyone know if there's anything I can do!!

 

i play on 1440x900 on h1z1

 

here is what obs setting I have

It could be your internet, what speeds do you have? and there isn't any reason then going over 3500 kb/s for your upload as that's twitch's limit for non-partnered streamers and even partnered streamers don't tend to go over it.

Have you monitored your cpu usage when this happens? If it's too high, you may want to take your bit rate down a bit. I'd recommend lowest 2000 kb/s
