Hard drive not working

Alright guys 

 

Am having an issue with my back up drive I use for my Macbook Pro, I have partitioned it in to two sections my private back up and storage area what can only be access on my macbook and a share section. I have plugged my hard drive in to my Windows PC to transfer some files over from my shared section once I have done this only my share section is showing up on my macbook when i plug it back in and disk utilities refuses to load the hard drive is a LaCie Porsche Design, any help would be amazing.

I've never seen this happen but Windows is terrible when it comes to compatibility with Mac stuff. It might be possible that Windows just... destroyed it? I dunno
