Hi guys,

I would like to have a electric longboard but I need a "cheap" one ( 1200 euros max). I wanted to take the boosted board but with the taxes to bring it in Europe gonna cost a lot and be over 1200. I need a pretty fast one (min 25 km/h). I don't know if I should buy one or build one. Could you please give me some links to an easy way to build one or a good already built one. Thanks for help.

Ben

1200 euros is not a cheap one. A cheap one would be $400usd.

You buy RC motor made for cars at 250kv and some LiPo batteries from HobbyKing.

Then you need the trucks (wheel axles) and remote.

I was going to build one for my children. You can buy a kit they are $400usd. Comes with the trucks, wheels, motor, batteries, controller, remote.
