PC Shutting down itself

My PC shut downs itself after not using the pc for a few hours, for example I went to the gym for 2 hours and when I came back the PC had shut down itself.

I also wanted to download a game during the night when I was sleeping but when I woke up my PC was shut down.

I recently cleaned my PC and installed a new Windows 10, (previous operating system was also win10, the old one didn't have this problem).

My GPU and CPU aren't overheating, when gaming they are 50C-ish.

Power saving options maybe? Also isn't there that inactive hours or something that windows does updates during. Might be installing updates and restarting/shutting down

You should try to run Memtest for a few hours.
