What would be suitable?

I bought a H55 hydroseries water AOI cooler and the fan although quiet-ish is louder than my cpu fan cooler which i used previously, i would like to replace the fan on the radiator of my AOI but im not sure what to go with, i dont want to spend much more than £20 or $25 and am looking for reccomendations if any one has any on what would be the best possible replacement for the current fan on the radiator, if its controlable thats even better!
