UPLAY crashing PC?

I have been trying to install Tom Clancey's the Division on my PC and I'm fairly sure it's been crashing my computer for no reason in the middle of the download. Please help. By the way I scanned I have no virus's, my PSU, CPU, and GPU are all running fine. I have no idea what's wrong. Screw you UPLAY.
