the division on pc

I was given the division on pc as a gift computer plays it just fine however when i try to play with direct x12 i have to play in windowed mode its plays fine there but as soon as i go to fullscreen mode the game it crashes is this a problem with my rig or the game in general 

 

i5 6600k 3.5ghz

32 gig ddr 4 

gtx 950 

windows 10
