1060 Stuttering

Help me I have just installed my 1060 and every few secconds it stutters at anything fast movements of programs even lags for a second 

 

My system is 

 

CPU: 8 Core AMD FX(tm)-8350 (Cooler: Coolermaster hyper 103)

Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1060 6 Gb Gigabyte Xtreme Edition

Motherboard: MSI AMD AM3 970 ATX Motherboard

Drives: Seagate 3TB Hard Drive for storage  and a OS + regular played games on a Kingston 128Gb SSD

RAM Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A Vengeance DDR3 1600 Mhz 4 x 4Gb sticks

Case: Z11 Plus

 PSU: Corsair CX750M

 

Please help me fix this problem

I got that same problem in Battlefield 1.

Don't exactly know which programs you use but I thought first it would be some RAM problem.

Do you notice a drop of frame rates?

I see noticeable drops and stuttering for about half a seccond and then it's fine and it repeats a few seconds later

I got that same thing when it should give me high FPS in some action ingame.

My card is the GTX 1060 6GB from ASUS. Maybe there is some bug in the software driver?

Check your CPU clock speed when drop happen.

You can use HWINFO64. Open Sensor only and double click on Core Clock to open real time graph.
