Which would be the best way fans then radiator or radiator then fans? Going to be exhaust id that helps 

 

whatever is  asiest to clean tbh

Exhaust = Outside, Fan, radiator, Inside <- Airflow

Ideally you'd want the fans pushing air through the rad, but it's not going to make that much of a difference with good static pressure fans.

i have the fractal design S36 with the fans that come with it :)
