hey guys I have:

amd 6350

asus m5a97LE 2.0 mobo

2x4gb gskill sniper

powercolor r9 280x

ps is LSP ultra 650 

well my computer has been a little slower the last few days I just got bf4 and was booting it up when I wouldn't was checking stuff over I saw  that I only had in cpuz 1 core 1 thread......well hmmm so I checked in hardware monitor and the same only one core running. I open up task manger and the same thing in the resource manager I have no idea what's going on

Well, first check if the BIOS sees the CPU as a 6 core CPU, otherwise you need to reinstall windows.

either your CPU or your motherboard is dieing. I bet its the mobo as that is a REALLY shit mobo....

That is way odd.  It looks like you are looking at the VM.  Try to run linux to see what happens. Also reset Bios to defaults.  

Have you overheated the MB at some point?  It looks like the MB is on it's way out I'm afraid.

Check in "msconfig" command for advanced boot option and CPU limit.
UNCHECK CPU limit option, save, and restart.
