Can I get android pay back?

I have a Nexus 6P, I decided it'd be a laugh to put CM13 on it which had a plethora of bugs so I reverted to stock android, now that my nexus is running stock android how do I get android pay functionality back?

If not, is there anyway of using my Huawei Watch for android pay?

Relock your bootloader. Make sure you installed an actual google image from google's website.
