Everytime I boot up my pc it gives me the option to go into my bios but it doesn't let me and goes straight to the log in screen for windows can someone help me with this?

Try a other keyboard(non mechanical), or f1, del/ins, f8 buttons.

Why not mech? Its issue with USB, not keyboard type.

 

Try different USB port, USB2 if you have.

Modern mechanicals have too fast input rate like 1ms and wount detect the keyboard at all. Other dont have that. Some even come with switches from 1 to 5 to prevent that problem and getting in the bios. A lot of threads on the internet with that problem nowadays  Or USB is disabled in the bios or broken port, thats also a posibility.
