This happened when i upgraded to the new 16.12.1 ReLive drivers. I just used used DDU to remove the driver and then when installing, i selected to install the driver without the relive software package. This solved my problem.

I have had this gpu for around a few days, I have not overclocked anything at all. The problem has been since I got the gpu. This is my first computer and the psu is connected properly and everything is fine, well it should be. I am going to try the ddu option mentioned above.
