My computer won't start...

I can tell that there is power going in and out of the PC, because my microphone and USB hub both have they're power LED's on, and i have gotten it to start up at one point, but i had to move my computer to my actual desk and now its not working. I'm pretty sure its just a problem with my placement of the front panel io on my motherboard. I have an Asrock FM2A88M PRO3+ and my case is a Thermaltake v3 black AMD edition.
