Windows 10 Freezing Issue!(URGENTNEEDHELP)

Alright so yesterday on christmas I got my self 16gbs, of DDR3 1600 MHz of ram, and a Elgato Game Capturing device. Slapped those suckers in and set it up. After a couple hours of use, and completely working fine, and all good. I decided to Restart my PC. After the restart, my pc started experiencing freezing, at any point in time. I have to forcefully shutdown the PC through Powersupply switch, I uninstalled the GPU drivers, reinstalled, and nothing changed. My pc can freeze at random times. it has frozen during login screen, and on the windows boot logo.

THIS IS URGENT AND I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

CPU: Amd FX-8350

GPU: MSI GTX 970

RAM: PSNY 16 GIGS DDR3 1600MHZ

Power Supply: 750 Watt Forgot Brand name.

Try taking out the capture device and uninstall any software and drivers that are related to the device.

  • I uninstalled GPU, and Elgato Drivers, and everything. Seem to be working fine now. I guess its resolved. But I'll contact you back if it does it again :)
