overclocking E5 2670

So yeah. Hello guys I'm thinking to buy system that includes Intel xeon e5 2670 8 core CPU and i would like to overclock it somewhere near @4.0ghz. And yes i know that xeon's dont support overclocking, but there is some ways to get higher than base clock. and if there is no way to get better clock speed then would you recommend xeon e3 1270v3 for gaming and video editing and maybe streaming ? I appreciate any help that you guys give me!

Try 125 strap.
