Hi,

I built my PC yesterday and when I go to boot it up, unless I clear the CMOS before booting, no picture will show up and on the motherboard debug LED is just flashes 55, 19, 00, 4C. According to the mobo manual those mean, respectively, early memory initialization, early south bridge initialization, 00 is not in manual but may be D0 which means late CPU inialization, which i cannot find in the manual. This is a problem because I can reset the CMOS so I can get into the BIOS and change boot priority to the USB with windows on it and save changes but when it restarts, it won't post until I clear the CMOS which resets the BIOS.

Specs:

i5 6600k @3.50GHz

msi z170a gaming m7

32gb 2666mhz hyperx fury ram

msi gtx 1070
