hellow doing some sort of maintenance on this lp and wanted to know if any of these drivers look fishy without knowing the specs.

The only malware shown there is project64.

Everything else listed there with the exception of SDformatter are legit (I don't even know what SDformatter would be needed for).

sd formater is to format/erase everything in an sd card. i mostly use for my raspberry pi sd cards. i coulda swore one of those realtek drivers was ah fake. thank you!
