Windows key = Critical Error. Help?!

Ok so, this problem has been happening for a while now and quite frankly i'm kinda pissed off. Whenever i press the windows key it says "Critical Error" and it forces me to sign out also since this has been happening everything on my computer takes about 343465 years to load (exaggeration) but it takes a while, and some stuff doesn't even open for example Battle.net, AND EVERY GAME I OWN ON STEAM. please. i need help. i really want to play winter wonder land in overwatch and the steam winter sales please i need somebody to help.

If you can still access the internet, download windows 10, use something like RUFUS to put it on a USB drive, make your main partition smaller

 

And install windows in a new partitions, move your important data as you shrink one partition while making the other bigger, this should save you from redownloading everything.

EDIT:

you can also go to the settings (if you are on W10) and go to the recovery settings, and do a "reset" or "factory reset" I don't exactly know what it is called, but that should also solve the problems you seem to be having (this might however require you to redownload a lot of things :/)

 

EDIT1:

Forcibly searching for updates might help, and I've also seen some people that solved by updating video drivers.

ok so, i tried going onto the microsoft page and updating win10 but since somethings won't open (including the update) it wont update. and i don't know how to forcibly search for updates
