Frame and Audio freeze

So I cleaned my gaming pc yesterday with compressed air and isopropyl alcohol. The computer wouldn't start after i cleaned it so i reset the cmos, reseated the ram and GPU and checked to make sure they didn't short out. It appears everything is fine since my system recognzed the RAM and the GPU works most of the time. I can do less intensive stuff like programming/browsing but when I fire up games like rocket league or dishonored 2 the screen freezes and the audio glitches out after 5 mins. I can't get accurate GPU temps bc of this but I know it's at 27C at idle and 31C after 5 mins of gaming. I'm trying to figure out what I need to replace.

Can you please post your whole specs ?
