Hi

Recently I have experienced several programs failing to launch, especially Logitech Gaming Software (LGS). This problem occured after I performed a scan with Malwarebytes, and the programs haven't worked properly since. But whats really weird is this problem often occurs only on Sundays and not so often on any other day in the week. The problem is often caused by me playing a game for sometime and start another one later on. After this, LGS will most likely not launch. I can see that the process is running in Task Manager, but the program won't launch even after I have ended the process.

I have tried restarting my computer twice today, but it didn't help, even when I shut it completely off by unplugging it. Something else worth mentioning is that LGS works after the PC has been off during the night, but a restart does nothing. I have tried reinstalling LGS several times earlier, downloaded the newest version but with no luck. I have also tried to delete all the files for the program but that didn't help either.

My theory is that Malwarebytes deleted a file that was pretty crusial for LGS to launch, and it isn't very easy to fix. Someone recommended that I should just format my SSD and hope that should fix my problem.

I have of course tried contacting Logitech's Support, but it has been almost two weeks and no answers.

I hope someone would help me or give me any tips on what I could do.

Reinstall windows, whitelist LGS on Malwarebytes.

Maybe try a refresh or whatever it is called.
