Same card, different FPS (Battlefield 1)

Hello, me and my friend have the same gpu - RX 480 8gb.

 

He can play on ultra without any FPS drops, while I'm getting some FPS drops on high.

 

I'm monitoring the task manager while playing, and the CPU never goes above 90%, Usually 70-85.

So I think it might be the RAM since I have 8GB and he has 16GB.

 

My specs
mobo: GA-B75M-D3H
cpu: Intel Core i7 3770
ram: HyperX 2 x 4GB DDR3  Blue 1600Mhz

 

His specs

cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K

ram: HyperX FURY 2 x 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz

 

As you can see he also has a better CPU but as I said, my cpu is not getting above 90%.

 

So, if I upgrade my RAM to 16GB, will I be able to run the game on ultra? I think I can have up to 1600Mhz.
