First of all, hello! Second, sorry if I posted in the wrong section. Redirect me if you please :D

Check my desktop specs that is attached.

Yeah I know it's old. I live in the Philippines what can I do.

So here are some problems I am encountering with this:

1. Difficulty in booting. Takes me a few tries to make it boot. The unit turns on mostly but no Post messages, or beeps. I've tried changing CMOS batteries but still the same. I sometimes remove my Video card just to make it boot.

2. Electric shock felt around the case. Self explanatory. Ever since I got this PC, there has been an electrical surge/leak or whatever on my case. Makes inserting audio devices in the audio ports dangerous.

3. On board Audio causes BSOD. 0x00000019 was the error got it semi-fixed by disabling the on-board audio from the BIOS. I still get it from time to time.

4. Some unknown devices. There are some devices in my devices manager named :Coprocessor and Unknown device under the Other devices. Uninstalling them doesn't work, it just installs itself every boot.

That's most of the problems I face with this machine. Any help or tips may do me good. Upgrading/buying parts is not a option for me. I iz poor af xD

Could be faulty motherboard on hardware level, not much you can do bout it in that case than buying new one.

Well this is my 3rd mobo this year. Still the same. I forgot to mention that I use a 700w generic PSU.

Even with my old mobos, there still that electrical shock.

If its a really generic and cheap PSU then its a time bomb that could kill your entire system one day when it goes bust. It happaned to me with my very first pre built PC, luckily my rig was on stand by when it happaned.
