Bluetooth pairing problem - PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone, today I bought i cheap type of bluetooth headphones called BeeWi BBH105 
now i was able to pair it with my phone, however i cant pair it with my laptop , i have windwos 10 64bit on it 

i tried to update my realtek 4.0 drives and and restarting the bluetooth services but it is NOT WORKING!
any suggestions ??
