Hi guys i have a simple question to ask you,I was looking at my friends new motherboard (it's a chineese one he got from Ebay) and I noticed it had this kind of "cluged holes" in it, could you please tell me what are they, I mean should the holes be like that or not, here is a picture to help you inderstand what I mean .

why did he get a Chinese motherboard anyways?

They aren't wired.

Anyway this is standard practice in the IT industry but it's extreme with cheap mass produced boards. It's cheaper to make 100,000 of a single board then it is to make 10 different boards of 10,000 each.
