and he said **i was hoping for a denser mesh than that**

i am living in a very dusty country
so will that filter make dust go into the case easily?

yes, but even with the best magnetic filters you will get some dust in the case

a big difference? No
with a good filter you will see finer dust inside the case, almost powder like.
with other filters you will see larger particles but nothing too big.
