Radiator Setup

So I purchased the Corsair H105 cpu cooler and am going to put the radiator in the front (well don't really have a choice). But my question is whether it would make a difference if the fans were on the outside or the inside of the radiator. I have 3 fans pulling air in and one exhaust fan at the back.

for a quieter operation, installing the fans on the interior of the assembly (radiator fans->radiator->filter) works well, plus if LED, the ambient light could be useful.

Well I watched that video but it doesn't say anything about the radiator at the front.
