Powerline Interconnection

Thanks in advance for any help.

 I am currently trying to expand my home WiFi coverage, I already have an AV500 power-line kit in place and was wondering if I could add an AV1200 kit for better coverage and ethernet speed for my PC and Smart TV. Would they work together?

Most powerlines don't sync together but you can use different models on the same network

Personally I wouldn't bother with any powerline adapters with WiFi boosters, I just had some TP-Link TL-WPA4226 and the WiFi was dropping balls. 

 

If it were me, I'd maybe buy another kit of powerline adapters and an access point. 

 

Though if you were to they should work together. I think I had a spare TP Link one working off my main BT kit; If i remember correctly the majority of them adhere to some standard or another
